Paramount Medical Health Center offers customized weight loss treatments administered exclusively by a trained medical provider with extensive medical training. Our provider, Dr. Nusirat Ishola treats obesity as a chronic disease that needs to be managed long-term to be successful. She can also provide CDL physical and sports physicals to those who need it.

I am a primary care provider who has had extensive training in medical care, medical weight loss and am here to help you get to the root of your specific medical problem and weight loss challenges. I understand that medical weight loss is a very personal process, and I have the medical tools and resources to develop a highly personalized plan specific to your unique biological makeup. I’m also here to provide you with the motivational support you might need during this process. Dr. Kafilat Adewunmi is a Board Certified Medical provider; Her specialty is Family Practice.
Ade Adeyemo, PMHNP-BC
Ade Adeyemo is a Board-Certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychological treatment across the lifespan for children, adolescents, and adults.
Treatment areas include Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, and Bipolar disorders.
Treatment focus is to help individuals achieve their maximum potential by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan
Cost
Program costs vary depending on the weight loss plan designed for you. However, initial consultation fees generally start at $39. At your initial consultation you will receive a full Body Composition Analysis report and a suggested personalized weight loss plan from the provider. There is no obligation to continue with the program following your initial consultation.
Self Pay
Paramount Medical Health Center welcomes self pay. Basic charges for any medical treatment such as Asthma, Diabetes, High blood pressure, will be $75. Labs charges will be payable to the lab companies.
